Financial Assistance Application – Spay/Neuter Program

This form is intended only for those seeking financial assistance for our low-cost spay/neuter program. We are unable to cover costs for sick or injured cats. If your cat is sick or injured and also needs to be spayed or neutered, please contact us at contact@fairgroundfelines.org for a list of additional resources that may be able to help. Friends of Forgotten Felines is not responsible for any costs above and beyond spay/neuter surgery and rabies vaccine.

Friends of Forgotten Felines is not a shelter and cannot accept unwanted or abandoned cats.

Approved applications will remain valid for 90 days, and available clinic spots will be offered as funding allows. Approval will be based on need, determined by the Friends of Forgotten Felines board of directors. Applicants must be able to transport (or arrange transportation for) their cat to the designated Marietta, OH location on clinic day. Friends of Forgotten Felines is not liable for issues that may arise during transport. Application approval does not guarantee a clinic spot, but places you on the list for the next available sponsored spot.

Friends of Forgotten Felines is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that operates solely on donations. This application is reserved for individuals who cannot afford our minimum clinic cost of $65 per cat.

Friends of Forgotten Felines reserves the right to deny or revoke financial assistance at any time based on funding availability or other factors.
