Refund/Cancellation Policy

Sponsors may cancel their credit card subscription plan at any time. Refunds are available only if the subscriber's card was used fraudulently or charged by mistake. Please contact us via the information below with questions or concerns.

Fulfillment/Shipping Policy

Yearly sponsors will be charged monthly on the date of initial subscription (i.e. May 2nd, June 2nd, July 2nd, etc.) Sponsors with a month-to-month subscription will only be charged for months they opt to purchase the subscription. These payments provide us the resources and funding to provide our cats with twice-daily feedings and medical care.
Shipping policies are not applicable for digital sponsorship purchases.
